Dubieuze buitenlandkosten
Hallo allemaal, Ik zit met het volgende probleem en ik zou graag advies krijgen wat ik hieraan kan doen. Het gaat over het abonnement van mijn vader. Hij is diabetes patient en is blind. Hij kan zijn telefoon enkel gebruiken met spraakbediening en speciaal hiervoor ontwikkelde software op zijn Iphone. Dit gaat eigenlijk nog best prima en hij is hier zeer tevreden mee. Ik beheer zijn T-mobile account en ik kijk derhalve ook zijn facturen na. Nu zie ik op de laatste factuur een gesprek naar het buitenland, nummer 0094322877700 van exact 120 minuten. Zover ik weet kapt T-mobile gesprekken na 120 minuten af dus dat is nog een geluk bij een ongeluk. Het probleem is echter dat dit voor € 150 euro kosten heeft gezorgd. Gezien zijn medische situatie acht ik het uitgesloten dat hij dit nummer heeft gebeld en hij herinnert zich hier ook niets van. Ik vrees dat dan allen nog een vorm van Fraude overblijft. Telefonisch contact met de klantenservice heeft mij echter niet het gewenste resultaat opgeleverd omdat zij vrij weinig voor mij konden betekenen. Er werd volstaan met de constatering dat er vanaf zijn nummer gebeld is met dit dubieuze buitenlandse nummer en deze verbinding is dus 120 minuten in stand gebleven. Voor het indienen van een klacht werd ik doorverwezen naar een online contactformulier wat ik echter ook nergens kan vinden. Vandaar dat ik mijn bericht hier post in de hoop dat iemand mij kan vertellen wat ik aan dit probleem kan doen, hoe ik kan voorkomen dat het nog eens voorkomt en of er compensatie van deze kosten mogelijk is.
