Hello, my internet is not working.
My fiber box lights are all normal (Power green, Connection green, no Alarm).
But my Zyxel DX5401-B0 router shows “Ethernet WAN: Connection down” and the Internet light is red.
The cable between the fiber box and the router is connected properly.
Could you please check and reset my connection on your side?
