The short story, I relocate to new address and applied for moving, I got email, it will be transferred in the start of june 2024. First two months agents were lying about delay and saying, due to some documentation it is taking time but after two months I came to know that I was using optical fiber internet on my old address and at new address there is fiber so, they can not provide service. I need to cancel the relocation order and they put the cancellation date 1-7-2024 but some of agent cancel it and put it again back to 05-08-204. and still it’s in progress and continuously deducting from my account each month. I am calling every other day but no one is listening. I have sent email but didn’t get any update. What I should do. From where I can get legal help to tack action.
