Unclear which modem needs to be returned – how can we identify the correct device?

Hello,

Before the holidays, a colleague forwarded me an email from Odido stating that we still have equipment that needs to be returned, specifically a modem. The email explains the return process, but unfortunately it does not describe what the modem looks like, which model it is, or how we can clearly identify it.

At the time, no one in our company was sure which device this referred to.

Today, on the first working day after the holidays, we noticed that one WiFi network in our office is no longer working. This WiFi was used for connecting our printers, which made me wonder whether this issue could be related to the modem mentioned in the email.

After searching around the office, I found a Zyxel modem/router (see attached photo). However, I am not sure whether this is the modem Odido is asking us to return.

My questions are:

  • How can we clearly identify which modem needs to be returned?

  • Is there a way for Odido to confirm the model or serial number of the device that is registered to our account?

  • Could the non-working WiFi be related to this modem?

I feel the email was quite unclear, and I would like to avoid returning the wrong device or being charged unnecessarily.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Both stickers are the same? Maybe you attached the same one twice?

The WiFi network issue is not related to the modem not being returned yet
