Hi All,
- I have to return the modem back to Odido, and I was sent an email with QR link, which is broken.
- When I contact Odido, they say go to any DHL service point and tell them to return the parcel to Odido as a new QR code cannot be sent.
- Now here is the problem, I went to three separate DHL points where I generally return the parcels, and each one of them told me that they do not have Odido address. Please ask the company to send you a return label.
Now as a customer, this is really a bad experience, that a company cannot send a return label and DHL points do not accept the parcel to be returned.
Really really frustrating process. Any help would be really appreciated.
