I have my TOON only available for 2.4G, but my new glasvezet internet is 5G. Then my TOON cannot be connected with internet, so i need to create a separate guest wifi account for 2.4G only for TOON, and keep the existing main 5G wifi account for normal use

Do the following:
In your browser go to 192.168.1.1 and login with admin and the log in password behind you router.
Activate 2,4 GHz gastnetwerk under WiFi instellingen.
Go to the menu, netwerkinstellingen, draadloos, gast, click on the edit icon.
Choose toegangsscenario thuisgast, beveiligingsmodus WPA2-PSK and under that beschermde beheersframes uitgeschakeld.
The Toon should be able to connect to the gastnetwerk.
