Hi there, I have been a customer since 2020 and had fiber installed a couple of years ago, but I’m still on the Zyxel T50 modem (model: VMG8825-T50). Is it possible to exchange this for the latest Wi-Fi 6 compatible modem, please?

Hi @d.s., welcome to our community!

Good that you brought this up, you've come to the right place! The T-50 is indeed outdated and I'll be happy to send you a T-56. Thank you for filling in your details, this allowed me to request a T-56 for you right away. Once it has been shipped, you can track the shipment in Mijn Odido. We do not need the T-50 back, you can return it to an electronic device recycling point. Enjoy!

Great - thank you for the help with this, Tommie! 😃

Strictly speaking, it’s a router 😅 I’ve updated the details on my profile, as required ✌ I presume this is a free swap, right?
