We plan to become your customers for internet, TV and phone connection. At the moment we plan the reparation works in the appartment and wonder which cable is T-mobile using to send the signal within the appartment. Only Ethernet? Can we replace old phone/TV cables with Ethernet or better not to?

Hi Tanja2018, good to hear you're planning to become Thuis customers! 🙂 The incoming lines we offer are either DSL or Fiber and the services we offer TV (IPTV), Voice (VOIP) and Internet all use an internet connection. TV and Internet use ethernetcables, Voice still uses standard phone cables (RJ11) so there is no need to replace the phone cables. Our products do not use Coax cables.
