Status van bestelling

My order status has stated "We starten over 0 dagen de aanvraag van de diensten voor bij jouw thuis" for at least a week. However, so far I have received no updates, no package, or any additional information from T-Mobile or Guidion; even when I originally asked to have the installation on the 28th, March. Why has there been no communication regarding the delay?

Hi DavidKan, my apologies for not contacting you (on time)! There has been a delay with connection from the grid operator and we're currently in contact with them to get you connected as quickly as possible. I will personally keep an eye out and I will contact you as soon as we receive word from the grid operator!
