I ordered internet and Wi-Fi installation on the 28th of August. We were sent a confirmation email and another email on the 1st of September stating that our installation date is not yet known (“The final date on which our network partner will install the fiber optic connection in your home is not yet known. We expect to be able to inform you on September 19, 2025, when the fiber optic connection will be installed.”) It is now after the date they specified and still have not heard anything. Is there anything we can do or someone to contact about this?

Do you know who the grid operator is and is the fiber cable layed until just outside your house?
Maybe you can contact them once also about this.
