I ordered optic fiber on 18 November with overstappen from my previous contractor. I entered all the details and it seems this step was successfully as I received an email from both my old provider and odido but I got no update since.

We informed the gridoperator and we are now waiting until they have done their work. They will make an appointment with you soon, when all the other needed tasks are done. The Overstapservice has been arranged, so you won't be without internet. We will cancel KPN once our line is active!

When the gridoperator has patched your line, we will automatically make sure that Guidion will contact you to make an appointment for the in-home installation!
