Hi,I am new to T-Mobile internet.My instalation date for the internet was yesterday 24th december 2019,I installed my Modem only today(25th December).But i see there is no internet.

I dont see any light ON near the internet symbol in the modem

Can some one help me please.

 

Hi @gmkandan1985, there looks to be something wrong with your connection point. It looks like my colleague has already sent out an order for a mechanic. We’ll get you online as soon as possible!
