Hi, I ordered a T-Mobile Thuis package for my new apartment a couple of days ago. The webpage confirmed a successful order and said I will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes. However, up until now I haven't received any confirmation or updates. Was my order well received or did it go missing? Thanks

I also didn't receive a confirmation email but the order was fine. Via this link you can enter your email address to make a password for T-Mobile thuis.

Thanks, I tried that but also there I don't receive any email or confirmation. So I believe there is a general issue with my order.
