Internet not working, but getting wifi signal

Hi, 

I have recently installed internet. My activation date was 21 August but still i am not getting internet.

I am attaching the pics of my modem and connection

Hallo sjohari93,

The walloutlet the modem is connected to seems not the original ISRA-point. Can you look for an Isra like one of the pictures in meterkast or livingroom:
