internet does not work at installation

Hello. Today I was expecting an internet connection. The modem connected according to the instructions. But the internet does not work. What could be the problem? How to solve it?

There seems to be an issue with our network operator. I just send a message to bring this to their attention. We'll do our best to solve the issue as soon as possible! Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Vanaf eind januari 2023 ben ik niet meer werkzaam als Moderator op de Community. Voor vragen kan je bij één van de huidige Moderators terecht!

    I checked your file right away and I see that our technical team are still working on the issue. Once it is fixed you’ll receive a confirmation per e-mail. I can then send a technician your way for setting up your modem!
