I would like to skip cooling off (waiting) period of 14 days

Hi,

I would like to wave off (waiting) period or my new fiber connection. I requested it last week and did not receive any installation request yet. Please help me get it running as soon as possible.

I see your waiting period ahs already been skipped and we do our best to install our modem as soon as possible. You can monitor the progress here: My T-Mobile Thuis.
