I try to make an account for internet and tv. 
but when i try, it says; something went wrong.. but what? I just like to creat a password. 
but always drope me out..

I’ve tried to log in on my iMac and also on my iPad & iPhone. There are no issues on my end. 
Have you been able to log on at all, or have you been getting the same error message over and over? Looking forward to hearing from you again.

Have you tried different passwords? Maybe the current one doesn't get accepted?
