Hi, ODF has installed the fiber box in my house some days ago, and I’ve received the equipment for internetinstallation weeks ago.

When can I expect to receive guidion email to schedule the installation?

 

As additional info, on my odido portal, only step 1 (order received) is checked, while the others (connection in the street, and in home) are still not checked while they are actually performed


Hi there ​@klaja, thank you for starting this topic! I can see that your order isn't going exactly has we want. Open Dutch Fiber has let us know that the connection should be there on 16-12-2024, but they haven't performed anything. Because of this, I asked our Fiber team right away to get in contact with them and fix this. Once Open Dutch Fiber has patched the line, you will receive an e-mail from Guidion to plan an appointment for the in-home installation. Thank you for your patience, we will get to work!
