Hello,



I tried to call the customer support, but after 10-15 minutes of no response I hanged up.



I have the following problem with my DSL connection installation:



I have found a proper socket in my apartment and I have installed everything according to the instructions.

However, there is still no connection (WAN flash is not blinking). See attached pictures.



What can be the problem? Can technician fix it?
