Hello @kerrinxia, welcome to our Community! How unfortunate that you regret this, is there anything I can do for you that will change your mind? I got your order number right there and I see it has since been cancelled by a colleague. From the mobile side it has been cancelled. 

I myself am only from the mobile department. For your Internet + TV subscription, I tag my colleague @Tommie van Odido  Can you @ help cancel the Internet + TV order? Thanks in advance!
