I made the order for my internet 2 weeks ago. It said I would have the internet installed on the 08/09/2020 and so far still nothing. I have meetings online via Zoom and for the past two weeks I have had to go to friends houses to use their internet. When will I actually be getting my internet?

Hi @RodKrus, I just checked for you and we have received word from the grid operator that there seems to be a problem with the incoming line. They will send a mechanic to solve the issue and you will receive a message to plan an appointment. Don't worrt, we’ll get you online as quickly as we can!
