Not able to activate viaplay

I just got odido connection and as part of the package I have Viaplay streaming channel. When I try to activate the Viaplay via the button “Activate”, I get the page with the message, “Deze pagina zit op slot”

Hi @gkuriapp, I looked into this for you and I see that you haven't connected the Internet + TV subscription to your Mijn Odido account yet. Since the activation goes through the Mijn Odido account you need to have a working account to be able to access the page. You can login with your email address and all you have to do is click the button “Bestaand abonnement toevoegen” and follow the steps. After this your subscription is connected to the account and you'll be able to access the correct page! 

I did connect my Internet + TV subscription to my account. Now the activate button takes me to a page as given below.

But it does not seem to activate because I see again the button for activating
