I am curious about the routing of my internet connection specifically to cloudfare services in Netherlands. You can see a tracert of my direct connection below. The transfer speed is incredibly bad. I use a 3d printer and sending an 10 mb drawing take ages. So its not only a ping issue but also a speed problem.
DIRECT CONNECTION:
1 1 ms 1 ms 1 ms 192.168.1.1
2 4 ms 3 ms 3 ms 1-132-99-95.ftth.glasoperator.nl [95.99.132.1]
3 5 ms 5 ms 5 ms 10.227.157.193

However if I use a VPN that file takes 1 second and the routing is much better. Is there issue with your routing? This is also true for other cloudfare sites which take ages to load.
Are you throttling cloudfare connections?

The same issue is with NVidia Geforce Now also. To be able to stream in a acceptable manner I have to use VPN otherwise I get constant jitters and slowdowns making gaming nearly impossible.
I have tried this with both my laptop and my TV and the result is same. Is there any easy solution in here?
