Own Huawei OptiXstar HN8010Ts-20 XGS-PON registration

I have odido internet connection at home. I would like to upgrade my ONT.

 

I have Huawei OptiXstar HN8010Ts-20 XGS-PON Terminal.

When I plugged this to my system I am getting no light on PON and red blinking LED on my LOS indicator.

 

Could you please register my ONT?

Thanks for responding.

I just had a long call with customer support person.
He explained me that connection at my address is peer-to-peer and not GPON. So I can not use Huawei OptiXstar HN8010Ts-20 XGS-PON Terminal.

I have old gray media converter, which is working but speed is not as expected.
Thats why I purchased OptiXstar HN8010Ts-20 XGS-PON Terminal from second hand market to give a try.

But unfortunately this new device wont work at my address.

Odido customer support made appointment with Guidion for my address to check why speed is less.

I will keep posted about the it.

It looks like there is no fiber signal or the ONT is faulty.

If you use the original ONT, does internet work than? If yes than this ONT is faulty.

Ah okay, you have an AON connection. GPON and XGSPON ONTs will not work.

Is the internet stable so only a speed issue? Can you share a screenshot of a wired test directly connected to the router using the Ookla speedtest app?
