sim card activation - no sim card active in the phone

Hello there, 

I am trying to activate my sim card but it works by getting a code by sms. This is impossible as my card is blocked and not active. I cant neither call as I have no sim card. Can someone help me … ?

Hello ​@Laury Roa welcome to our Community! I understand very well that you want to activate your new SIM card, let's look at a solution together! You can always choose between 2 options when activating your new sim card: 

- Through SMS verification to the old SIM card. 
- Or via iDIN (bank verification)

Can you possibly try the second option to see if that works? If not, I recommend to visit one of our stores. There, my colleagues can help you directly with activating your new SIM card. Do not forget to bring a valid ID, so my colleagues can verify that you are the right person.
