Roaming not working

Hello community,

 

I am having a problem with connecting to the network while traveling in Germany. Already tried restarting the phone, resetting the network settings and putting the sim in another device. I read in one of the forums that roaming is blocked during the first few months of the connection and I did renew my connection few months ago which might be the reason for it. I hope a moderator could help me solving this problem.

Is roaming and mobile data activated?

Try to manually select another provider under mobile networks.

Do you have a betalingsregeling or any unpaid invoices?

Both roaming and Mobile data are activated. 

I do not have any unpayed invoices or betalingsregeling.

I already tried to manually select a network provider and I am getting an error saying that my sim card does not allow connection to the network.

Same problem Here when i am abroad ( turkey,italy,Belfius)i can’t call and don’t have mobile internet can you please check i ‘m Now in the Nethetlands but Will go in september to Italy 

 

roaming was on and i don’t have any betalingsregeling of betalingsachterstand
