I am currently in India and I am unable to receive any SMS messages, including critical OTP/verification codes from my bank.
I have already tried the following:
- Restarted my phone multiple times.
- Manually selected the Airtel and Jio networks (neither works for SMS).
- Checked my "Spam/Blocked" folder in my messaging app.
Could you please check my account for:
- Any active roaming blocks (especially if my contract is less than 2 months old)?
- Any SMS barrings or technical "handshake" issues with Indian providers?
- Any settings on your end that might be preventing A2P (application-to-person) messages from reaching me?
I am currently unable to log into my banking apps, so a quick check of my connection status would be greatly appreciated.
