No service in EU

Hello!

As soon as crossed the border with Belgium, I lost mobile service. Reading other articles, it seems like there’s some blockage on my account, because other actions like resetting network and turning on/off did not work. Can someone please help and unblock me asap

Have you tried manually selecting another network operator?

Make sure roaming and mobile data is on.

Do you have an open invoice or a betalingsregeling?

I have the same issue! How do I manually select another network provider?

 

As soon as I went to to Belgium on my way to France I have no more service. Also here in France. Please help!!

Go to your phone settings, mobiele netwerken, netwerkoperators, unable automatic and than a list of netwerkoperators will appear.
