Hello!

As soon as crossed the border with Belgium, I lost mobile service. Reading other articles, it seems like there’s some blockage on my account, because other actions like resetting network and turning on/off did not work. Can someone please help and unblock me asap

Have you tried manually selecting another network operator?

Make sure roaming and mobile data is on.

Do you have an open invoice or a betalingsregeling?
