Network issues

I’m originally from NL/AMS and in france/Alps since yesterday and need support as i have no data roaming/cant send/receive sms:

  •  Cant access internet/send receive sms
  • cant login to Odido either on App or browser since i dont receive confirmation sms, so i cant check if its a roaming data limits issue or boost/change my plan
  • The network selection is auto and its ok “Orange F”
  • voice calls do seem to work :/
  • contacting customer support (1200) also get no call through
  • roaming is turned on on my phone and was working ok i arrived here to Alps region

Its all good now, sms started working this morning and i sorted it out

    Hallo ​@Zemanel 

    Make sure mobile data and roaming is turned on. Does it help to manually switch to another network provider?
