my phone number shows differently in my odido

Hi,

 

After waiting for a esim to be mailed, I activated it but I cannot use mobile data correctly (it shows 3g)

I checked my odido and it shows different number from my esim paper card and phone.

 

Please assist on this matter ASAP.

Could you please add your full name, phone number, postal code + house number, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of the bank account number we have on file to your profile and let me know when you've done so? Then I can take a look with you right away!
