I have scanned the eSIM QR code which takes me to the app it says ‘continue installing eSIM’. It appears like a hyperlink but it’s not clickable and does not take me to the next step.

 

What is blocking me and can this be activated another way?

 

Hello ​@JCW welcome to our Community! Nice if your new eSIM can be activated, though, so you can be reached. Let's look at a solution together! How strange that it doesn't work. I see you're trying through the app. Can you try it through a browser/laptop to see if it works then?

I would be happy to check with you in your account to see if everything is set correctly. In your profile, I only see that your house number does not match what is listed under your number in our system and I am also missing the last 4 digits of your bank account number for verification. Could you fill those in for me and give a signal when you have done so? Then I'll check right after that!
