Hi I just bought a Samsung S21+ from Tmobile. 

Is it compatible with e-sims for Canada? Specifically this one?

Phones from T-Mobile don't have a simlock. This looks like a prepaid Esim which should work if the mobile bands in Canada are supported by your Samsung I guess.
