Hello, I am traveling with my near 4 year old son from NL to DE, and am currently with a betalingsregeling, and would like to have both Mobile Data and Bellen / SMS, especially with the hittegold currently, for emergencies / logisitics.
Possible to enable this for my phone number XXXX?

Hi Anton, travelling with your 4 year old son sounds amazing. Are you having a good time in Germany? A payment arrangement puts a barring on international roaming indeed, but I'm happy to remove it for you. I've send you a DM for your personal information via our Webcare Moderator account. Please reply to me there. After the verification, I can remove the barring for you. And then you'll be able to use your data, call and sms! 😊

+9Thanks for your DM, Anton. And great to hear that your travels are good. It's been very hot this last week, so I'm happy that it's a bit cooler now. I've looked into your account and I've removed the barring for international roaming.
Good to know. You only retain the following barrings. These will not be lifted automatically. Should the payment arrangement be completed, you can contact me again to have them removed:
In Germany you can (manually) connect to the following networks: Telefonica, Telekom en Vodafone.
