Hi, a while ago I have bought from T-Mobile (at that time) a Duosim. The issue is that one of the sim’s I simply cannot find it anylonger and I would need it for the car. Can I request a new sim to replace the one which I cannot find it? Would that cost?

Hello @moldog77, good that you inquire about this, I would be happy to provide you with more clarity! A Duo sim is always paired together. It is not possible to request and link only 1 sim card with a DUO sim. You will have to request a DUO sim again via your Mijn Odido account. This is a one-time fee of € 35.59 and the sim cards will be sent to your home within 3 working days. You can activate them easily via your My Odido account. Or feel free to visit one of our stores. My colleagues will immediately help you activate and link a DUO SIM card!
