Accessing SIM PIN/PUK Code as an Odido Business Customer?

Hello

I’m really stuck and need help.  I am abroad.  I went to get my iPhone fixed at the Apple Store and they gave me a new iPhone. Which felt great at first, until afterwards when putting in my Odido sim card later on it asked for the SIM PIN/PUK code.  

To access my Odido account it needs to send a text message to my phone number for 2FA i.e. to verify my identity which I can’t access because I need a SIM PIN/PUK code to receive text messages.

I found the page where you can request it yourself BUT it only works for Consumer accounts.  If I try finding the same page but Business Accounts it asks me to log in first and then I’m back to square one i.e. it wants to do 2FA by sending me a text message which I can’t access.

To top it off, the customer service line is closed now till Monday and I am not back in the Netherlands until beginning of January.

Is there any way someone can help me please? I’m very lost as to how to find a solution here.

The pincode of the sim does not change when you change a phone. So try the same. Otherwise call monday to the business desk: 0800-7112.

I have lost my PUK code and would need it urgently,

I have an Odido account but it does not allow me to request it from there either and based on the FAQ, it seems to have been an issue before as I cant create a topic and request it through that platform.

 

Is there anything else you need from me? I appreciate the urgency and look forward to hearing from you.

Always place private details in your profile so that they remain protected. I understand that you need your PUK code as soon as possible and I am happy to provide you with more clarity!

You can always request your PUK code via your Mijn Odido account. If that doesn't work, you can also request it by email via our website.

If neither option works, I can request it for you and send it to the email address we have on file. Could you please include your full name, phone number, postal code + house number, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of the bank account number we have on file in your profile and let me know when you have done so? Then I can look into it for you right away!

You can find your profile here. I can see that the last 4 digits of your bank account number do not match. Could you please enter the correct 4 digits in your profile? Then I can request the PIN and PUK codes for you and send them to your email address!
