I’m really stuck and need help.  I am abroad.  I went to get my iPhone fixed at the Apple Store and they gave me a new iPhone. Which felt great at first, until afterwards when putting in my Odido sim card later on it asked for the SIM PIN/PUK code.  

To access my Odido account it needs to send a text message to my phone number for 2FA i.e. to verify my identity which I can’t access because I need a SIM PIN/PUK code to receive text messages.

I found the page where you can request it yourself BUT it only works for Consumer accounts.  If I try finding the same page but Business Accounts it asks me to log in first and then I’m back to square one i.e. it wants to do 2FA by sending me a text message which I can’t access.

To top it off, the customer service line is closed now till Monday and I am not back in the Netherlands until beginning of January.

Is there any way someone can help me please? I’m very lost as to how to find a solution here.

 

The pincode of the sim does not change when you change a phone. So try the same. Otherwise call monday to the business desk: 0800-7112.
