I want to make a serious complaint
We ordered 2 iphone promax 512 gb white titanium and one of us received the sms to go and pick up the phone but when that happened first customer representative tried to over sell us what we ordered with extra insurance and packages that we don't need and after we politely mentioned we have other insurance we we do not require any upgrades we were unable to pick our phones they mentioned the color was out of stock and that we have to cancel and reorder the phone . I wanted to ask is this how it works first trying to luring customers to purchase and when the stock out we have to cancel and reorder As a result we had to order again from odido shop instead of picking up our own order that happened through calling customer service . At some point I felt like shop didn't want to help us with our order and we had to make the order through the shop and cancel our previous order and remake through shop which benefits them for their sales targets ? Am I a sales targets and been delayed for their own profits . Is that how it works ? We were also told through cusotmer service on the phone that if we don't like the color of the handset which is different from what we ordered we can paint the phone ! Yes I m not joking this is what my partner told as a recommendation .. I would like to point out that we have odido internet tv package as well as odido 2 mobile subscriptions . I was really shocked with how they tried to over sell their insurances packages telling that how we can help them reach their sales target etc and that we have to pay 100s literally from paying 200 or more just for insurance which we don't need because we already have several insurances and as well as paying monthly 35 euros each for services that we don't require and when we don't buy those somehow the stock was finished and we can't collect our agreed confirmed and ready to pick up handset. I would really would like to know how bad can customer service could go so wrong I felt like I m in India or china in a black illegal market been trying to robbed . At last another customer sales person younger local seemed to help us reorder what we wanted all over again and this time delay our pick up as late as another few days in which we already had order and confirmation pick up code for today ..
