Hi, I 'm a new Odido customer. Someone must have been using my email address for their own account …  and as a result when I sign in after resetting the password , I get a 2FA request to a phone number I do n't know. 

How do I solve this? I can easily prove my email address …  is mine. But I do n't have any option to reset 2FA that I can see.

I would have been happy to help you with this however, you need to go to the Odido Shop for the 2FA verification action and only with proof of your credentials can this be changed.
