Old phone no longer usable and cannot use the authentication app on my new phone for codes, even though I have the same phone number.

Thanks for flagging this. You're right, you can't log in this way. I've converted it to 2FA via SMS on the number we know, ending in 752. It might take a minute out of 15 to convert. Can you log in again now?
