Unable to login - Blocked by 2-step authentication

Old phone no longer usable and cannot use the authentication app on my new phone for codes, even though I have the same phone number. 

How to resolve?

I can confirm that I received the 2FA code via SMS, and was able to successfully log-in again. 👍
