Hey. I’m on turkey and I did several calls for Netherlands and turkey and when I opened yesterday the invoice I saw I had 148 extra euros to pay. I would like to know about this because I wasn’t informed. It say I could use 200 minutes from my bundle free. I don’t have money to pay this. Someone help me

If you are in Turkye and you make outboud calls, with the subscriptions “Hello Unlimited Plus” and “Hello Unlimited Premium, these calls are within the bundle. I assume you have a different subscription which do not have Turkye in the bundles, like the former Tele2 subscriptions.
