Hey, I got my klik&klaar new today, but it is not working. Internet connection is red an the 5G sign blinks in blue. Can anyone help?

It seems your SIM is not activated yet or you did not put the SIM correctly in the modem in the black adapter.
If you put it in correctly, wait a day to get it activated. It seems sometimes the DHL delivery of the modem is not administered correctly in the Odido systems and the Sim does not get activated.
Thanks for your quick reply! I'm pretty sure I put it in correctly in the black adapter (there is only one possible way so that it clicks). But I got it directly in the store today, can the sim still be deactivated?

You can try to put the SIM into your phone and see if it gets 5G connection there. If not it is not activated. Then best to go back to the shop tomorrow (if it does not work tomorrow).
