Klik&Klaar very unstable

Good evening everyone!

 

I have been using this device for like 6 months and it has been working incredibly well. I have been playing videos and playing videogames at the same time without any issue. However, for the last month, there are days where the latency is huge and it is impossible to play anything. ( My average ping right now is around 200 ms and it used to be 20 or 25 ms)

I have checked the map to check my conection and its always fast or superfast. 

I dont know if this problem can be solved or if this happened to someone else. By the way, top and bottom lights are green while the two in the middle are blue.

 

If anyone has any idea it is more than welcome!

Hi, did you check the mobile network issues map https://www.odido.nl/netwerk/storing

It shows in orange (when you zoom in) if there is a network issue reported on the mast you are working on.

You could try to put the sim in your smartphone and see if you have similar latency issues.

Else contact Odido by phone on monday to hear if there are known issues on your mast or Klik&Klaar modem.
