klik&klaar connected without internet

Hi, my devices are connected to wifi network but its tates connected without internet. It's happened after I set the WiFi Plus. Then, although I turn off the WiFi plus, this issue still exist. I did restart the device and also reset tothe factory setting, the leds are normal but still nointernet.
