I mistakenly cancelled my subscription at Odido. How to undo this?

Hi,

I have a question about a cancellation request for my Odido service.

For my subscription with Reference: 4856/1.2***637 and number: 0970****4061, I have mistakenly submitted a cancellation request. I received confirmation that the termination is scheduled for December 27, 2025.

I would like to continue the subscription and withdraw the cancellation request, as I still use this. 

Could someone from the Odido team please review this and confirm that my subscription can remain active?

You can call the customer support on telephone number 0800 0092 so they can undo the cancellation request.
