Getting internet with foreign IBAN

Hello! 

I came to Netherlands over 2 months ago and after this time I wanted to get better internet, the Click&ready one, which can be canceled Monthly, although I dont have a NL IBAN Bank account, same with Dutch ID, have European ID.

Is it possible to get Click&Ready internet with foreign IBAN?

We do not accept foreign account numbers at all when applying for subscriptions. After that time you can change it to a German account number, but a Dutch account number is required for the application. We also do not accept Debit or Credit cards.
