I have been paying for Unlimited Basis since July 2024. The price without discount has just now changed from €40 to €41.29 without notice. Why?
Also, I have internet + TV with you. Shouldn’t I be receiving an additional discount on my mobile contract?

Per 1-1-2025 there is a inflation corection of 3.2 % on the subscriptions. This is announced as extra information on the last invoice of 2024.
There is additional discounts (klantvoordeel) when you have a fixed subscription like internet+TV in combination with a mobile subscription. The discount will than be € 5,- per month on the fixed products. Also the mobile products have additional discounts with “klantvoordeel” which makes such deal very attractive.
