I have taken mobile subscription for odi do from gsmweb.nl. I received the device from odido and also was using the subscription from April 24. But I failed to realize that odido is charging me more than the agreed contract amount by 5euros. (20 euros instead of 15eur after discount)
I called the customer service of odido regarding this and answer I got is; they can't see my contract since its a 3rd party contract and I have to contact them even though Odido is directly charging me from my bank account. Could you help with this?
PS: I asked Odido CS, since they ca n't see my contract why should I keep my subscription for which the only answer is I have to pay fine đ.
