automatic payment rejected

Hello, my automatic payment was rejected last month. Later, I received an email that told me it would be charged again in a few days. But now, a month later, it was not charged from my bank. I didn’t find any link to pay for that, and I didn’t even receive an email about the unpaid invoice. I would like to know how I can pay that invoice?

Would you rather transfer the money manually? You can do so to the payment account NL03 COBA 0733 959 717 in the name of Odido. Please note: state your Odido customer number in the description. You can find this on your invoice.
